Gloria Cohan

Gloria Cohan
Reverse Mortgage Specialist

Gloria Cohan was one of the original reverse mortgage educators. In the 3 years in that role, she helped hundreds of older homeowners understand the basic concepts of the reverse mortgage program. She explained how they could turn the equity in their homes into tax-free income without having to sell, give up homeownership, or take on a monthly mortgage payment. In 1994, she became a reverse mortgage loan officer and has helped over a thousand homeowners obtain a reverse mortgage.

Gloria realizes that many older homeowners have difficulty living on their retirement incomes. She sees reverse mortgages as a wonderful tool for meeting the need many homeowners have for additional funds. Whether you are an older homeowner, someone who is considering retirement, or a trusted advisor or friend, a reverse mortgage is an option you should consider to help augment your fixed income.
